It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All of our items are carefully packaged and wrapped individually in bubble wrap. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged while shipping, we will happily assist you in resolving this matter. If a charm or chain is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@luxnovajewels.com to file a claim.
